In addition to therapy, I offer clinical supervision for LMFT-Associates who want to deepen their work with couples, families, and developmental trauma. My supervision style is relational, experiential, and grounded in real-world private practice experience. Whether you are navigating licensure, burnout, or clinical growth, I am to provide a space that is both supportive and challenging.

Brainspotting works with the deep brain and the body through its direct access to the autonomic and limbic systems within the body’s central nervous system. It is a physiological tool/treatment which has profound psychological, emotional, and physical consequences. It gives us a tool within a deeply attuned clinical relationship to neurobiologically locate, focus, process, and release experiences and symptoms that are typically out of reach of the conscious mind and its cognitive and language capacity.

Family dynamics can be complicated and stressful even during the best of times. I have specialized training in family systems and can help you and your loved ones weather the storm. If you’re struggling with communication, conflict resolution, a life-changing medical diagnosis, or just need support during a difficult time, I can help.

For couples who are struggling with communication, intimacy, past trauma, or other relationship issues, I can help to identify the root causes of your conflicts and provide you with the tools you need to overcome them. I am trained in the Gottman Method and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and use these evidence-based methods when working with couples.
